Jay was very thoughtful right off of the bat. He left a note as a thoughtful touch and clear directions/tips around the house. Everything was labeled so there was no confusion. He was available for us to ask questions at all times. Provided extra COVID precautions (cleaning supplies, sanitizer, masks). House was stocked with everything you could imagine! Most importantly, the house decor and set up was perfect for a bachelorette party. Hot tub was major key.

This house was amazing. Centrally located to all of Asheville's top spots, but also relaxing enough we didn't have to leave the house if we didn't want to.

Jay and team were AMAZING! The place was even more stunning in person, it fit 18 of us comfortably! The views were gorgeous, just an all around amazing trip for my bachelorette.

He was always available at all hours which I found especially helpful when we need a quick answer. He is warm and friendly and you just feel so cared for. The best experience!

If you have a big group going to Asheville, this is the place for you. The Penthouse is a close uber ride to downtown Asheville, has plenty of space for everyone, and comes with everything you need to have an awesome weekend. Jay is easily the best host of any air bnb I’ve stayed at. He’s extremely flexible, polite, and an all around 5 star individual. The next time I go to Asheville with a big group we will 100% be booking one of Jay’s properties.

Jay was one of the best air bnb hosts I’ve had. He was very responsive and easy going, allowed an easy/early check in and made sure everything was perfect for us! The house was amazing; so clean, had great amenities, beautiful decorations, and plenty of places to sleep. I would highly recommend it for anyone traveling with a big group!

Such a perfect Airbnb. So much style and comfort everywhere. It had enough rooms/ beds for the 7 of us. Hot tub was so nice after a long hike. Gorgeous views on the balcony. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. Jay was easy to communicate with, left me a note at checkin.

This home is spectacular, and Jay is the perfect host! The attention to detail, responsiveness, and overall comfort is unmatched. The home has beautiful views and plenty of space to spread out. Five stars all the way around!!!

What a great stay! We were a group of 8 in town for a bachelorette party. The house was comfortable, clean, and spacious (we were originally a group of 10, and I'm sure we would have been just as comfortable as we were with 8).
The host, Jay, was super flexible and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He was readily available for any questions or requests we had during the weekend.

Great spot, close to everything. We will definitely consider Jay's place on future trips to Asheville. The view of the river and size of the house was perfect for our group.
